About IMAGINE KIMONO GUNMA activities:

IMAGINE ONE WORLD KIMONO Project is aiming to make 196 kimonos by the year of 2020; a kimono to represent 196 countries each.

IMAGINE KIMONO GUNMA is in the process of collecting money through charity events to make a KIMONO to represent one country out of the 196. The needed amount for this KIMONO is 2,000,000 Japanese Yen:

 

-1,000,000 for a kimono 

-500,000 for an obi (belt)

-500,000 for a taylor and accessories to go with the kimono 

 

 

We keep on moving towards this goal, and our activities bear fruit someday in the form of the KIMONO to present one country. 

We want to share this joy and excitement of fruition with anyone who would take part in our project!

 

A catch-phrase is "IMAGINE ONE KIMONO."
